Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM as my main form of contact with potential clients. These lists are exported from various databases and added to the CRM under my name; I utilize each list and assign my contacts their sequences, schedule emails from my saved templates, and schedule all of my calls and tasks for the day there. It helps me organize my day-to-day workflow, and I am still learning something new about this CRM daily. For example, I found myself scheduling meetings and typing the same thing each time; I forgot that I could save it as a snippet under '#meet,' which I did, which has saved me so much time!! This is a great platform. I couldn't ask for a better one!

Pros

  • Provides insights of who has viewed your emails.
  • Allows the contact to schedule there own meeting (convenience for both the user and their client).
  • User- friendly.
  • Time saver (results in financial savings).
HubSpot is my first real CRM I have had a chance of using.
HubSpot makes it easy for the sales team to review any sequences the marketing team has. They have created a dashboard for everyone to view so that we can see what sequences are being used and also have various tables to show what's working holistically and what is not.
I have not used Salesforce to its full potential with HubSpot, so I can not judge confidently just yet.

If you are a new SDR (like myself), HubSpot is a great CRM tool to get used to your everyday needs. Do you need email templates? HubSpot. Do you need to track activity? HubSpot. Do you need quickly set up marketing sequences? HubSpot. Overall, it is the hub for all your sales needs (pun intended).
