Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to manage our customers and communication services with them. It helps keep businesses and customers organized, as well as shows the interactions between all users and customers. I use Hubspot to find and make orders for pickups or drop offs by finding customers by their business name, I note/add tasks of communcations between us and the customer to show everybody what is going on with each customer.

Everything is available to view on the main page without clicking through so many tabs to find the info you are looking for.
