Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

In looking for better automation in hopes to increase closing ratios, HS CRM has allowed us to accomplish both.

  • client data visibility and activity
  • email marketing
  • I'm unsure of how the email automation works, it's not clear to me
  • attachments to contacts are not able to be emailed.
  • sales appointment fields are not auto populate using property addresses
  • Our closing ratios have improved due to the ease of lead followup
HS Academy is a very useful tool when learning how to navigate HS.
HS is much more user friendly and has allot more capabilities overall.

Yes - Constant Contact. Didn't offer everything HS does.

The scalability was key for us.
I feel like more detailed training from HS or demo's may have changed on what we started with. It will definitely be a factor for our renewal and possible expansion of use.
