Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

For us, it is essential to be able to categorize our user's information in different sections to keep proper management of leads and how to proceed with them based on the information we collect.

Hubspot is perfect for this due to the fact it comes with everything you might need inside of it: Automation, customizable properties and views, reports and analytics, as well as your own VoIP system.

I'd highly encourage using HubSpot for everyone looking for an organized environment to keep their leads in.

  • Handling email marketing in a customized way.
  • Keeping closed deals organized.
  • The creation of workflows should be more user friendly.
  • Improving how filters work inside of views - sometimes adding filters for a specific view will make them standard for all of them which is not ideal.
  • Adding more countries to the phone system.
  • Increased the productivity of our sales team.
  • Increased the awareness of our companies ROI.
  • Increases the amount of booked meetings.
Everything is appropriately divided between sections, so it is hard to mess something up - most processes require confirmation, so you're able to double-check before making any critical change - every profile is highly customizable, so everybody can choose their settings and doesn't need to use the standardized ones - it has tools for all companies, even if it is a small or medium one.
HubSpot is more user-friendly and more customizable; you usually have to use multiple CRMs to afford all your business needs. However, HubSpot has everything that a middle-big sized company needs - also, the fact that permissions can be given depending on the profile is very useful and isn't common to see in other SaaS

Well suited: You're looking to filter out very specific profiles from a long list of customers - you have multiple sources of leads, and you want to keep them separate - you want multiple email campaigns that you want to have specific rules and create them from scratch keeping them in one place.

Less appropriate scenarios: Using HubSpot as the main tool for your voice contact center, the amount of countries you can reach out to is limited - using this to create complex email marketing campaigns might not be ideal either.
