Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use this for Newsletters Campaigns to our Partners and potential clients.
Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, we advertise our qualified candidates through Hubspot CRM by sending our Newsletters to Partners and potential clients. This way we are able to get new leads and close agreements with our Partners.
We also use Hubspot CRM to answer queries directed from our website. This makes our work easier.
Aside from that, we also segregate and upload details of clients and Partners in Hubspot CRM.

  • Prompt of chats directly to the app. I usually just receives email about chats and would be happy to easily get notified through the app. Tho perhaps I am not using Hubspot right and I need to explore this more.

  • Increase visibility in Market through SEO and better integration
I've only really used Hubspot but am aware of the functionalities of other applications such as Zoho and Zapier but would most likely use Hubspot again due to its core effectiveness in lead generation and database management and collection
They have their own assets, but using HubSpot has a more detailed and needed report

The most suited use for us would be lead generation, it has tools that would help us to be able to advertise candidates to our Partners in Australia and New Zealand and target them according to the desired behaviour. This also would help us in our goal to help find applicants suitable roles for them to be part of.
