We use HubSpot for our marketing automation, sales pipeline automation, tracking and reporting. We also use HubSpot for our customer account management. We use HubSpot to help us reduce our time spent on remedial marketing and sales tasks by automating much of the process. We also use HubSpot to help us report on our marketing and sales goals.

HubSpot is easier to set up. It's quicker from setup to working as others required a ton of dev work.
