Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for our marketing automation, sales pipeline automation, tracking and reporting. We also use HubSpot for our customer account management. We use HubSpot to help us reduce our time spent on remedial marketing and sales tasks by automating much of the process. We also use HubSpot to help us report on our marketing and sales goals.

  • Sales sequencing automation
  • Reporting is a bit clunky at time.
  • Some of the data features are missing compared to some of the bigger players
  • We have seen reduced times spent on sales contacts
  • We now have a better visualization on deals that are ready to close and helps us close faster.
Its a great tool compared to others. Easier to set up and use. Doesnt require a dev team to build an instance.
HubSpot is easier to set up. It's quicker from setup to working as others required a ton of dev work.

This is a great CRM to get started on. Its very easy to use and helps small business reduce some of the burden of marketing and sales tasks.
