Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
We use Indeed to search while utilizing the project's platform and use the platform for virtual and in-person job fairs.
- Promotes job fairs well and tracks RSVPs.
- Easy search capabilities.
- Strong customer service.
- It would be nice to get the profile of the candidates with the RSVP for job.
- Allow a few more contacts with passive candidates.
- Many candidates are in there but many are just passive. Maybe remove them if they do not reply to multiple reach outs?
- We have had a few good hires from our Indeed job fairs.
- Would like profile with RSVP.
With Indeed Hiring Platform we are more prepared for job fairs. The search option has not been that strong. Applicants are just not responding and some, when they do, ghost you. The other platforms are more like fishing nets whereas Indeed lets us bait easier.
