Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We use JobDiva daily as our main recruiting software management system. The whole company uses JobDiva from sales people, to the recruiter to management. JobDiva allows us as a team as well as a collective to consistently be on the same page and in the loop of all personnel progress, changes, start dates and terminations.
- Excellent analytical data.
- Dashboards allow easy access and are logical.
- Great overview of team statistics by day, week and month.
- Room for human error with so many spots to fill in information.
- Automatically add internal new hires to jobs if they are part of the branch.
- Do away with the secondary and tertiary recruiter lines or have them auto-populated. If someone is attaching a candidate then they should be primary the rest do not matter. No credit goes to them regardless.
- Ease of tracking applicants, less people fall through the cracks.
- Allows us to use time smarter by integrating job sites and Facebook.
- Saved templates allow for easier re-use in the future.
I have used another system before but it was not as in depth as JobDiva. We have used smart search before and with that system, there was more busy work created by not linking job boards, Facebook, etc. into the platform and would require us to do the same task multiple times to get it published to all necessary channels.
