Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

We use Khoros Communities to host our proprietary Community website, which primarily serves as a Q and A/self-service platform for our customers. This allows customers to crowdsource solutions, post solutions, etc. From an internal perspective, this helps us deflect support cases and alleviates those costs. It also allows us to create private sub-communities, post-marketing materials for events, and offer thought leadership content.

This platform allows easy creation and retiring of specific categories, Group Hubs, etc. The new bulk archive feature is particularly useful.
Yes, our relationship with our CSM fosters confidence in our work. She helps connect us with industry leaders, answers all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and is a very accommodating presence. Khoros Communities Support works quickly to answer our questions whenever we do need to submit a ticket. There have been a couple of tricky problems to solve, but when this happens they communicate updates quickly.
Moderation tools have been great. My team is young in the profession, but within the past 6 months, we have been much more intentional in the metrics we track and how we use them. This has allowed us to identify opportunities, such as content gaps that we should work to fill, and communicate our value to the company at large.

We are developing a much closer relationship with our organization's Support team by showing them the types of questions/needs raised by our community members. This has allowed them to prioritize resource creation.
Our customers have the chance to support each other. Cybersecurity is innately urgent. Our customers aren't afforded the luxury of waiting on an answer, they need to act quickly. Once they post the Community, they are able to leverage our internal employees as well as their peers, which can be critical in keeping their systems and overall goals operable.
We inherited Khoros Communities from previous the previous Community team and have been very satisfied so far.

It is an excellent platform for hosting a Community, both for internal and external audiences. While it is customizable, I wish some of the UI/UX features (colors, fonts, etc.) were easier to update.
