Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
I use Khoros Marketing to schedule social media posts across several channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, EveryoneSocial) and keep track of what types of content we are scheduling (reputation pillars). We pull monthly reports to show our content performance, labels, channel growth, etc. This expedites our scheduling/posting/reporting process and keeps everything uniform and in one place.

- Stronger Instagram integration (upload cover image for videos)

My organization and I frequently meet with Khoros representatives during monthly sync meetings or office hours to address our personal questions or concerns about current and new functions, troubleshooting, etc. We also use Support in platform to get answers to questions and use readily available materials on demand. The Khoros team has been especially helpful with analytics.
Having several team members able to serve as admins on Khoros allows us to spot errors quickly or make edits to scheduled content if one person is unavailable. Geotargeting allows us to avoid risk as well, if we have content that is not suited for/relevant to certain countries. We can also identify repeated spam/trolls or high-risk individuals that engage with our content by using conversation history.
