Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
Our company uses Klaviyo for all of our eCommerce email marketing and SMS marketing. The platform has all of the tools needed to build out great marketing campaigns as well as automated email flows, including a drag and drop editor, robust segmentation options, 3rd-party integrations, and more. The Shopify integration is simple to set up and delivers real-time data to support the strategy for this channel.

We are still evaluating performance and ROI as we migrated only a few months ago.
We use the Shopify view and browse data to build out segments that can be used for targeting in ads as well as automated abandonment series. We haven't utilized the predictive data analytics yet as it's somewhat newer in the platform, but this is something we will be diving into more over the next several months.
Klaviyo has been vital in our retention strategy to deliver marketing and automated campaigns to the right customers and at the right time in their journey.
I haven't used Mailchimp in years so the platform and offerings may be more competitive with Klaviyo now. However, I do believe that Klaviyo offers better integrations, reporting, WYSIWYG editor, and segmentations than Mailchimp. Attentive was great, but it was really expensive and we needed to see attributions in alignment with our email marketing channel which is why we made the switch to Klaviyo for SMS.
