Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We used Klaviyo for our email marketing campaigns and their flows such as: abandoned cart, browse abandonment, customer win back and more.
- Email campaign design
- Analytics
- Flow templates already set up for success
- Better email campaign example templates
- A assigned customer account manager to help you generate the most revenue
- ROI
- Low cost
- The inability to link SMS and Email
- Shopify
Was not difficult at all. There are plenty of help forums to lead you through the process.
Honestly, we haven't taken much into account to the behavioral data analysis. That is something we are working on improving in our Marketing Department.
Customer retention & Acquisition.
Mailchimp is super outdated, and for a while there they lost their integration with Shopify. Attentive started out with only being a SMS platform, not email. So because of that, we did not want to migrate everything over to Attentive once they launched email since everything has been working great on Klaviyo.
