Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
OM Partners uses KnowBe4 as a phishing campaign solution for the entire company. We tried to use as well the Modstore for making training but so far found the way to define new campaign rather complex and unclear for defining user notifications. Additionally, we have periodical issues with SAML authentication and I cannot rely on this solution as a training platform. While we like the content of the Modstore - the use of it is not easy for OM Partners.
Pros
- Limited fit for OM Partners due to the issues explained. But we see the good quality of the content.
- Quality translation to different languages.
- Users are annoyed with "too many" trainings
Cons
- Notifications (too many options with no clear explanation on the difference). Difficult to set up with the browser interface.
- SAML login issues destroy trust to the solution.
- Unclear how to configure links expirations.
- We have started recently. We believe in the benefits, but these aren't assessed yet.
A bit easier to setup campaigns

We failed already with the first campaign. We didn't go to any AI options.
