Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We run monthly phishing campaigns for our end users, with training included. Typical training includes videos as well as training based on the number of times that fail. We see a lot of spam emails come through since we deal with vendors from all sorts of countries. Dialing in our phishing campaigns to fit our use case is why we went with KnowBe4.

We have used Mimecast Awareness Training platform in the past but hit quite a few bumps in the road during integration and deployment. We had to submit a few bug reports to their support team just to get some of their features working. We do use them as our email filtering provider but their phishing campaigns were lacking.

The change in templates and training videos has helped our users see a diverse field of phishing situations and how certain food departments are compared to others. Having a broad range of options to choose from when deploying campaigns really helps our users grow their knowledge of phishing emails and the deception people will use to get what they want.
We run an AD integration 3 times a day. Our security team are currently the administrators in the portal.
Patterns in the users who click are very important. We want to see growth across our user base, so seeing the same users fail over and over again means we have to cater training specific to them. Luckily, KnowBe4 has this training to be able to help out these specific users.

I feel as if the value is fair for what you get. There are always more features that could be added in for no additional cost, but what KnowBe4 gives you will place you in a great state to elevate your compliance needs. Their support is very easy to talk to so if you would like a lower price you can always reach out to negotiate.

We have used 2 other platforms in the past and both lacked in features for around the same price as what KnowBe4 has. If you compare apples to apples with what features they all contain, KnowBe4 easily has 50%, if not more, for about the same price as its competitors.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
Having an Active Directory integration is very useful with staying up to date with the environment. Without it, we would have to manually update all entries when new people are hired or employees leave. The SSO/SAML piece of it helped out greatly with the training portion. This made it so users do not have to learn another username and password just to access their training.
We have gotten some notifications on what could be enhanced in our instance in terms and training and they have all been pretty good recommendation. Obviously, there is always room for improvement, but so far the enhancements have been pretty spot on with providing a better training experience for some of our users who have failed multiple times.
We do not have PhishER at this time but are interested in the product and are considering using it in the future.
