Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Used by an internal agency to review the rendering of emails sent prior to deployment. It is used within a department which is an internal agency that performs the work of marketers on their behalf.
Pros
- Rendering variety
- Quick to market with new test options.
- Great community
- Training and support
Cons
- Pricing/billing model should be email rather than test based.
- Alerts to provide current usage when reaching different thresholds.
- Time savings.
- Reputation protection (by detecting embarrassing issues early).
Makes it easier to run tests directly I suppose, but, out of habit, I still go back to the main site.
We do not leverage this feature.
We do not use this feature yet but have plans to.
- Email on Acid and 250ok
Litmus is comparable from an offering perspective but has a stronger community. The pricing model is different from EOA and 250ok and something worth evaluating as discussed as in the customer grapevine, it's the only negative I've ever heard.
