Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

The IT Department uses LogMeIn Central for remote endpoint management, inventory and patching.

LogMeIn is efficient and stable. If the endpoint has internet access, you are good to go. Cut IT resolution time by 75%.
Rescue is adhoc and didn’t meet our needs. Central offers more options and continuous access.

The rare times we had to contact support, they were timely and always were able to resolve our issue.
LogMeIn remote is excellent. Setup for end users can be cumbersome as the end user must accept an invite, but works ok.
Patching in LogMeIn Central was a welcome addition but it falls short. Reports in the LogMeIn console do not always sync up with the actual end point, which makes us question if the updates are getting done.
