Overall Satisfaction with Lusha
Our BDR/SDR Team exclusively uses Lusha. They specifically requested Lusha because some of the team members said they found great success with the tool in previous jobs. Lusha addresses the business problem of not having accurate/missing/ or up-to-date contact information for B2B personas that are in a decision making role. Lusha's accuracy and completeness for phone and email are top-notch, which is why we picked them.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg are both in the sales/marketing intelligence market, but they all have their own niche. DiscoverOrg is excellent for list building, Sales Navigator is great for social connections, and Lusha is excellent for hard to find contact information. In our case, we use all three platforms, so Lusha was not selected over another vendor.
We do not use Lusha to generate any reports.
