Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

I was not involved in the overall setup, so I can't speak on that, but the user setup was easy and hassle-free.
We use it to get contact information for prospects we are reaching out to. This includes directors and above in pharma industry-related companies. Not having accurate or complete contact information for prospects leaves you unable to reach your target audience.

  • Showing organizations and financial info.
  • Getting accurate numbers.
  • Integrating to CRMs better.
  • Takes long to import.
  • Saves time on data gathering.
  • Makes it possible to reach out to prospects.
  • Organizes financial information well.
It really is hit or miss. They will have a handful of great numbers and contact information, then have loads of error messages or straight up incorrect people.
Zoominfo is better, we switched as it was told to us that we'd have more good numbers. Lusha does have a few more good numbers, I believe, but many, many more bad numbers for people in the U.S.

They seem to have a lot more European numbers than US numbers. Lots of bad numbers that go straight to an error message. They also changed their UI and made it more click-heavy, which doesn't make sense.
