Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We utilize Mailchimp for internal emails along with supporting clients who use Mailchimp as their primary platform for bulk emails. It is typically used by marketing departments but also used by entire organizations. Mailchimp provides sophisticated email capabilities in a manner that is manageable by non technical people. Mailchimp also provides one of the strongest templating engines out there.

Mailchimp is the most affordable, easiest to use and also one of the more powerful platforms. In our experience, Mailchimp is the platform that has provided the best experience for our customers so that they will stick with email marketing and not abandon it because it's too hard or takes tool long to build emails.
We have primarily used Mailchimp for its email capabilities. We have not used it much for segmentation, brand or campaigns. Those are newer features and have uses other solutions for those items.
Mailchimp makes email marketing attainable by almost anyone. The most important thing to remember is simpler is often better when sending emails. Trying to create designs that are too complex within the tool make the process frustrating and difficult. Keep it simple is a good mantra to use.
