Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo for email sends and analytics. As a demand generation team, we basically live in Marketo, and I couldn't imagine any alternative. It's a really robust tool, but I found it relatively easy to learn.

I am happy with it. It seemed easy.
We segment based on company type and size - i.e. SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise
Used to send multiple rounds of emails to a select list of people. I currently use for event invites, which have 2 rounds of invites. we do not want to include those who have already registered in the second send, so our smart campaign filters this out.
Multiple rounds of sends without having to set anything up
used for our event landing pages for RSVPs. triggers a smart campaign for confirmation/reminder emails
