Marketo is implemented to support the Sales and Marketing team, It has helped us to sync marketing data to SFDC. We are also using this platform for various marketing automation activities and database management with respect to our lead generation activities like lead scoring, lead nurturing, etc. Marketo has also addressed issues like ABM campaigns, lead assigning and BI reports. Performance visibility has been seen using Marketo. Marketo has helped our team to increase sales qualified and marketing qualified leads.
- Now we are able to engage our prospects with tailored emails in large quantity using Marketo.

Marketo fulfilled our marketing and sales requirements when it comes to email marketing, ABM campaigns and lead management through which more appointments are set for our sales directors. Also, at the end of the day, more opportunities are in the pipeline which are converted to customers and as a result revenue is achieved easily. Marketo has helped us to a great extent with our sales and marketing activities.
ActiveCampaign has very limited customized reporting options as compared to Marketo. We were not able to achieve quality Email and ABM campaigns using Active Campaign which we achieved from Marketo. When using ActiveCampaign there was less visibility of marketing automation performance. Marketo has streamlined all our sales and marketing activities with the visibility we required.

With Marketo now it is very easy to trace the leads and have a good analytics on how many times they have visited which part our website. It has also helped us in automating our repetitive actions. We also use Personalize messages across channels which helps us to increase the volume of inbound leads to a great extend.
I think scaling up our marketing strategy via Marketo campaigns will increase the volume of leads. We set number of pre formatted layouts and standard content adaption rules while setting up the email campaigns which saves lot of time and gives more returns on investments. Apart from this we also work on Drip Nurturing activities to engage the prospects.
If it's a first time, then it will be quite difficult to use because Marketo provides numerous features which needs a detail understanding, however once you know how to use then it will be quite interesting and result oriented journey which will gain visibility in the marketing performance. Also I would recommend to hire a Marketo certified professional who can train and lead the marketo process.
It is an awesome platform where we can ask our questions which are answered by experts. Latest bolgs are posted which are actually helpful for our organisation from marketing point of view. Products Docs, Release info are readily available for us to review. The best part is we can also see the event calendar on the community and plan accordingly if we need to attend it.
Marketo is expensive but it is worth. Set up is complicated but once done it will act as a game changer. It will simplify the complexity of data in no time and various marketing related issues will be rectified. I do highly recommend this platform for Prospect nurturing, Sales tools (Marketo Sales Insights app), Email support and improvement as well as for Inbound lead management and qualification.
