Marketo is used by our marketing departments to manage the outreach to attract students at scale. We run everything through the platform to ensure we have the ability for people to opt out and track all projects through Salesforce.

The outcomes for us are pretty simple. It is to attract new students who would be interested in our programs. This usually requires many attempts to get them interested. As such Marketo allows us to manage this in a compliant and expedited way. The ability to track those users through the funnel is very helpful.
