Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is used by our marketing departments to manage the outreach to attract students at scale. We run everything through the platform to ensure we have the ability for people to opt out and track all projects through Salesforce.

Pros

The outcomes for us are pretty simple. It is to attract new students who would be interested in our programs. This usually requires many attempts to get them interested. As such Marketo allows us to manage this in a compliant and expedited way. The ability to track those users through the funnel is very helpful.
HubSpot’s Growth Platform gives growing teams a full suite of tools across marketing, sales, customer success, and CRM. Easy to use tools that every team needs to drive growth. Also robust automation but we found Marketo to be a bit better as an overall solution for the marketing team.
It definitely works well when you want a robust set of tools to tap into from a marketing management platform. This would include any area where there is going to be a high volume of outbound efforts and multiple channels being used. This would be a good platform for larger companies as I think smaller ones will get bogged down with too many choices.
