Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Microsoft 365 is useful across our entire organization. The cloud connectivity and interpersonal communication is invaluable. Coupled with our other practice management software, Microsoft 365 is one of the backbones of our office. We also appreciate that it's HIPAA compliant, provides calendar functions, note taking, spreadsheet functions, etc. It has everything required to run a business.

- ROI through lower cost vs competitor (G-suite)
Microsoft 365 is the de facto office suite for professionals. It's main competitor is Google's Gsuite. In comparison, M365 offers a more robust offline solution with its iconic suite of office programs with superior integration with the Windows OS. When I first started using M365, its cloud implementation lagged behind Google, but Microsoft has invested a lot of effort to bring M365 into the modern era.
