Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used in our company both on a department and organization-wide basis. It has all the tools we need to collaborate on tasks, projects, and (pi) planning and it works in real time which is nice in this pandemic situation.
  • Extremely easy to use and understand.
  • It allows me to create what I or my team is thinking.
  • Lots of apps to extend board functionality (Google Drive, Jira, etc).
  • Extensive collaboration features (for example, countdown timer, voting features).
  • Standardized UML shapes in diagrams are missing.
  • Improved productivity while in these pandemic times.
  • Quicker decentralized decision-making.
The implementation of Miro went smoothly. Those who needed it received hands-on training. Which turned out well, because I rarely see people accidentally moving complete objects.
It just works with our google environment.
It helps the teams jointly develop the plan for the next coming period.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

With Miro, online collaboration works perfectly in both small teams and at the department level. It's great for product increment planning. Even in sessions with more than 75 people. At the team level, it's good for retrospective meetings. With the build-in templates, you can create almost any kind of flow chart or diagram. Overall I find it the best tool for collaboration in and between teams.
