Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used as an internal online collaborative whiteboard platform that enables us to run successfully and smoothly our hybrid sessions, and to work effectively together, from brainstorming with the digital sticky notes and the concurrency we can utilize it for planning and managing our entire agile workflows.

We have connected/integrated the Google Drive application to my Miro team which allows me to add a link to a Google Drive document directly from my Miro board. When I double-click on that embedded item, it opens in a modal window within the Miro board rather than opening a new browser window/tab and opening the document on Google Drive’s website.
Great impact especially during coronavirus times, initially we had to use it as a remote collaboration tool but eventually, it made our remote work easier, funnier, and as productive as the physical meetings. Post-pandemic Miro is still the No.1 choice due to the simplicity and the plethora of features that provides.
Better user experience, more flexible options, and a bigger number of users to participate.

Miro is an excellent tool for facilitating our workshops and training sessions within our 22-member team. Here's a scenario where Miro is particularly well-suited for use: Hybrid Session for Remote Design Thinking Workshop - We used Miro for the Pre-Workshop Preparation by dividing designated areas for each activity planned for the workshop, such as empathy mapping, ideation, and prototyping. During the Workshop we used Miro's voting feature to prioritize ideas or solutions, allowing everyone to participate in the decision-making process using Miro's frames we were able to the breakout feature into smaller groups and separate boards for team activities, then come back together to share insights or progress. And last we also used it to connect Post-Workshop Follow-up and collect feedback on the workshop experience directly within Miro or through a follow-up survey.
