Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for internal collaboration: training, scale-prep meetings, and brainstorms. It is currently being used cross-functionally and across the entire global organization. I believe Miro helps businesses in this ever-changing virtual atmosphere. It gives us a way to ideate virtually, from anywhere at any time. I love that it is extremely visual.

  • Ease of Use- sometimes hard to understand.
  • Trackpad vs Mouse capabilities could be improved.
  • Improved productivity.
  • More engagement.
My company did not have a Miro implementation.
Miro takes a moment to get used to but once you are there, it is great and very customizable.
Miro has definitely helped our organization in the virtual space! We would not have been able to do half the work that has been done without Miro.

Miro is wonderful for internal teams. I think it's great for brainstorming sessions and/or product design sessions. For example, we have used Miro for cross-functional design. We were able to comment and keep notes in unique areas of the boards. I don't think Miro would be great for customer-facing projects/collaboration. Miro would be less appropriate for the Sales team's day-to-day activities.
