Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Well, for my meetings I might use it as my whiteboard considering I need to explain things visually. But lately, I've been using FigJam a lot. It kinda replace Miro at all. As a Figma user, it's easier for me to switch from a Figma file to a FigJam file. That´s not only my personal experience, my ux team feels the same way.
  • new to the market features
  • Interactions inside the tool
  • easy to use features
  • A plugin in Miro for Figma. Move easily the files in Miro to a Figma file
  • on boarding for new features
  • learn to use all the features
  • Better undestanding of ideas
  • Better collaboration in the team
  • Improved shareability within projects
I always explain my ideas visually, so with Miro it was an easy task. Also, when I had to explain other teams or even customers how to use the tool, regarding a workshop we´re having, they seemed to understand how to use it pretty fast, and also they look like to enjoy using it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

It does not, I use FigJam a lot. I already write it: As a UX strategist/designer its super easy for me and my team to switch between a Figma file and a FigJam file, also its super easy to just copy/paste any design we are working from a FigJam file to a Figma file (and viceversa)
Within a ux team, is not less appropriate but less comfortable to use Miro (if the team use Figma, of course). Because I can move easily between Figma files and FigJam files. Also, I dont find how to make a presentantion (and have a "presentation mode" in Miro) Miro, in my experience, is well suited for short determined meetings with other type of teams
