Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is our tool for anything and everything, right from gathering product/ project / feature requirements, Team capacity planning, roadmapping, milestones planning for a project, frameworks and processes, doing retros, brainstorming ideas etc
- Templates are pretty handy
- Adding images from the web, stickies and icons
- You can a person on the board
- Going to individual frames from the sidebar
- Copying and pasting things from one miro to another miro board. Unable to select all and Copy to another board. Nothing works, unless you copy each shape, textbox etc separately which is not helpful at all.
- Font sizes and how the Auto font sometimes plays up - can be too small at times
- There are no prescribed defaults - example I created a post it at 100% and wrote some text. Then another post it was created when I had the board at 50% - teh font will be too small. However, when i view the board again at 100% - the second post it font will still remain small. I would rather have the ability to set font size across the board that works for me. OR the Miro tool should suggest that the prescribed font at 100% is 'x'
- Exporting a board should be available in other formats like .docx and should be editable offline. Currenly, only PDF is available.
- Sharing work across Miro Boards owned by other people is not helpful
- Quick and easy to spin up a board and get everybody to collaborate in a meeting where just verbal comms may not be that effective.

Miro has much more features whereas other tools are specific to diagramming only.
