Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our organization uses Miro to lay out our projects in an intuitive, readable way. It's great for breaking down projects into blocks and dropping them into categories, schedules and timelines. The product is set up well for collaboration. The ability to see everyone interacting with and changing the board in real time is a game changer!
- Live collaboration - You can see what everyone is doing in real time. This is incredibly important when working in a hybrid situation.
- Visual project organization - This makes it quick and easy to create and see a high-level overview and break down the different items into lower level tasks.
- Available everywhere - We really like how it works with all devices and integrates with many many platforms (e.g. monday.com, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Resource usage - By this, I mean that the program could be "tuned" better to run smoother and be more responsive. Sometimes I get the feeling this program is heavier on computer resource usage than it should be. This is especially the case when using it as an integration embedded within another app.
- It makes meetings much more interactive
- It makes meetings more productive
- It improves communication among the people working on a specific project
In my opinion, it has really added a whole new layer of collaboration. No more taking pictures of the conference room whiteboards. Everybody has the whiteboard at their fingertips at all times. This is especially helpful for remote employees who may not be able to see the in-room whiteboard very well.

We actually do use monday.com in conjunction with Miro (thanks to the free Miro integration). monday.com has its own strengths. It is a very flexible project/task manager. Visually, however, Miro wins in this area. I am actually using both in a project that I'm working on right now and they pair very nicely.
