Greatly. My teams are separated not just geographically within the country, but also across continents. Many ideas/products that we work upon are often need to be understood by other teams (outside our org). This is where Miro comes in particularly well. Once the team has collaborated and ideated on a proposal, it becomes easy to share with other members of the team. The ability to tag users and ask for clarifications also comes in very handy.
Miro does a phenomenal job at organizing and collating info. The tool is simple to use and enables collaboration across boundaries. The ease of use makes it rank higher than any other tool in its category.

Miro works well for distributed team, where members are joining from different locations and are present in different timezones. It makes it easy to share ideas and workflows. It has all the good things needed for a whiteboarding session, but is better than a board because it is easily shareable, allows content movement and much more, while not requiring to erase content to make room for more.
