Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

This is the best no-code platform I've ever seen. Configuration is easy, and changes can be made on the fly. Some of our processes are run on monday.com instead of Salesforce CRM because of its fast adaptability and ease of use. We use monday.com to track our business transactions, taxation tax filling process, and HR & Payroll processes.
  • Our business transactions were tracked in Excel. It was difficult to manage and control, but after putting monday.com in place, it's sorted, categorized, and can be controlled by giving users permission by column-level. Monday Forms are awesome. Without that, it is not possible to track.
  • We have taxation filling for more than 10 Tax products. Each product excel is tracked separately. However, now monday.com is in place, all data has been consolidated on a single board, and it's easy to slice and dice all 10 product data via various Reports like Pivot Board, Team View, etc.
  • We onboarded the HR & Payroll process on monday.com. Now it is easy to calculate some complex calculations related to Salary Processing in a very simple way, Able to upload all documents of our staff on a single board rather than store in folders. In my eyes, our payroll process has been smooth.
  • During lockdown tracking employees' activity was not possible, but monday.com made it possible with its time tracking features. Able to see which employee spent what time in which tasks.
  • Track user activities & its time to complete
  • Using formula column we are able to perform complex calculations with ease
  • There are tons of reports that we can choose from as per our needs on monday.com. The App Marketplace can be the solution if it does not have what you are looking for.
  • Time Tracking - So we know how much time it takes to complete where our expected time is less. So get the difference of Expected time & Actual time
  • Due to flexibility users can adopt monday.com very quickly
If I want to start a new process, then there are thousands of templates on monday.com to start with. The support system is really awesome. They reply very quickly. In some cases, we can schedule a zoom meeting with the Monday support team too. They are really helpful to solve your issue related to Monday.com

We never face downtime on monday.com; rather, our CRM does. Appreciate monday.com. It has been an enjoyable experience using monday.com for the last two years.

Salesforce CRM was used for many processes, but it is time-consuming to feed data in Salesforce to operate & manage them. Developers are also needed if we need to make some changes to the existing CRM system. By monday.com No-code ability, we can develop ourselves what we require and modify it on the fly and users adopted it very quickly and find it interesting to work on monday.com of its easy-to-use functionality.
