Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

As an service desk member for an MSP, NinjaOne is the primary remote monitoring and connection software we use for client's endpoints and servers. The wide variety of features from remote connection to patching control groups, scheduled tasks, and backend CLI access enables me to efficiently manage hundreds of endpoints on different networks and organisations.

NinjaOne is a reliable remote management and monitoring agent, and out of the thousand or so endpoints and servers we support, it is the rare occasion were the agent fails to work. This significantly reduces time spent in investigating by allowing quick access to the affected user's endpoint and the customisable library of scripts means programs can be installed and uninstalled without even needing to be remoted to an endpoint.
The ability of NinjaOne to enable automatic patch deployment ensures as many of our clients endpoints are up to date with the latest Windows security patches. Additionally, the ability to automatically schedule antivirus installation(and removal for installations of old vendor AV), ensures we can rollout out our recommended AV solution quickly and efficiently.
NinjaOne has saved countless hours of both service desk and senior system administrator involvement with its automation. Tasks that have been automated include the automation of Windows patching, which allows service desk to focus only on those servers where any down time needs to be scheduled. It has also helped tremendously with the deployment of desktop applications to endpoints. In one example instead of taking 10 hours to manually deploy via remote connection, an application for a project to a client's 20 endpoints, the task was automated in 1 hour of setup in NinjaOne.
NinjaOne has a much better web interface than Automate, in terms of both usability and function. The endpoint search function in NinjaOne is very good with results, and each endpoint agent page has a great overview of the endpoints health, NinjaOne event history, etc. The functionality of NinjaOne is also superior, from it's organisation of endpoints with an overarching organisation breaking down into locations, and the automation capabilities of NinjaOne.

One of our clients has multiple locations across the country, with a variety of user counts, needs, and internet connection types. Ninja One enables us to easily connect remotely to any endpoint to assist a user, maintain automatic updates of applications via patch management, and schedule reboots for endpoints where the user forgets to regularly reboot (often the cause of reported slowness).

An improvement for NinjaOne would be agents/better functionality for Android/Apple tablets, as we are finding that clients are implementing mobility solutions which we can only support by phone call.
