Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by our SDR, AE, and Acct Mgmt teams. It solves the problem of mass prospecting, pre-planning, automated follow-ups etc.
Pros

Cons
- Formatting in Outreach is difficult
- Account based selling is difficult
- Auto-paused sequences for OOO don't auto-resume
- Where is the mobile app!?!?!
I look at reports for my SDR to see his activity and trends, as well as who he is planning to call in the near future. I don't really look at reports for myself.

My experience has been fine with the CSM team. Maybe 5/10. Support is responsive but not always super helpful. My team had a training call scheduled with a CSM that never showed up for the call, turned out he was no longer with Outreach but no one told us until we waited 10 min on the call. Then no one followed up to reschedule.
I wasn't part of the decision making process. My company used to use Tout but I never did.
