Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

It is being used by the Sales Development team to optimize our sales process. We use it to reach more prospects and create timely email and call sequences that allow you to target prospects at the best times. It shows you who is interacting with your emails, opening and clicking links as well.

  • Will increase your daily outreach.
  • Optimizing when to reach new prospects.
  • Sometimes you get logged out for no reason.
  • Limited customization, especially with emails.
  • Outreach everywhere has many issues.
  • The Sales team hit its stretch goal for 2020.
  • I personally hit my stretch sales goal for 2020.
In terms of email tracking and click tracking, I believe Outreach is stronger than Cirrus Insight. It offers much more beyond that as well.

Outreach is pretty easy to learn and provides great content (Outreach University) to help new users along the way. When getting into more advanced features, there could be improvements. We had a team member get promoted who no longer needs access to Outreach so when he was taken out of the system all of the call and email history was deleted as well. It has become tedious trying to look back at previous calls and email activity on Salesforce and I don't know why something important like that would be deleted.
I do not communicate with Outreach support directly, but colleagues that do have said their Support system was satisfactory
It is well suited for any SDRs who handle a large number of accounts at one time. It allows you to see how far along each prospect is in each sequence. So if you have a lot of accounts that are far along in a sequence, you'll know they are less responsive.
