Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty

We use it in a small scale. We have weekend standby teams to act on incidents that send a notification to a team member to act on.
  • The escalation to next level.
  • The way you can schedule teams.
  • The way you build teams and schedule them.
  • Replacement of a team member.
  • We have a better uptime for our services.
It is nice that PagerDuty is reliable.
We have an integration to our monitoring tool (WhatsUp).

Pager Duty is well suited to handle weekend on-call teams. It would be nice to have better way to build schedules and change team members.
