Yes, we have definitely been benefited with PagerDuty. We have been able to identify issues quickly and improve our production system's availability.
I have used PagerDuty Slack integrations to notify the team of ongoing alerts. PagerDuty APIs have helped me create dashboards to see alerts trends, identify noisy alerts.
We use PagerDuty to notify the whole team and leadership about ongoing incidents. We also send incident status updates.
BigPanda is not as easy to use as PagerDuty. The alerting in PagerDuty is clean and neat compared to BigPanda.
I have always been given the right solution and help from PagerDuty support.
