Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty
We used PagerDuty (PD) in our CS team to get alerts when urgent customer requests would come into support. Our engineering team would use it to send urgent alerts to the on call contact in the event of a system failure or abnormality that was time sensitive.

- Cost, the service is very expensive.
- Better support for multi phone numbers for the same person.
- Multi tier and multi team escalation features
- Multiple alert mediums: Email, app notification, text, call
- Multi system integration
- Flexible app support
- We've reduced our time to respond to urgent tickets and outages by 40%
- We've improved CSAT by 37%
- We've recovered systems 59% more quickly
We've never ran into an outage while using PagerDuty. It's been rock solid.
We've used it in Zendesk, Email clients, server logging systems and AWS. It's been a game changer.
