Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is being used by our Sales team to manage our contracts. It keeps the state of our contracts available at our fingertips.
  • PandaDoc does a good job of keeping us notified of the status of our contracts.
  • PandaDoc provides very useful analytics which allows for us to dive into what is being reviewed and what isn't.
  • PandaDoc allows for easy collaboration on all of our documents.
  • I don't particularly like the icons and how the dashboard is laid out.
  • I think an huge improvement would be if you could save files in additional formats.
  • I would like to have logic added wherein if someone enters a piece of information in an assigned field it can turn on or off another assigned field.
  • PandaDoc has had a positive impact as we can all work on, share, and view the corporation's agreements.
PandaDoc speeds up the process of document creation with its reusable templates. It also saves time by allowing the user to create a robust library of content.
I gave PandaDoc this rating because the formatting is off at times when printed.
PandaDoc is the first application of this type that I have tried.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
PandaDoc is well suited to the creation and management of documents that need to be worked on in a collaborative environment. We seem to have some formatting issues when printing out documents created in PandaDoc so it really isn't the best if you are looking for a polished end result.
