Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We currently use 1 license which is integrated with Pipedrive. We use PandaDoc to create official proposals for clients and link our T&Cs etc. It's very easy to use and looks super professional. The e-signature feature is really helpful!

Pros

  • Drag and Drop builder - it's so easy to create templates and documents whilst still looking professional!
  • E-Signature is very handy and the fact you can forward permission for it is also great.
  • The analytics are helpful and being notified that a client has opened the proposal. The worry with email is whether it actually arrives in the inbox, but with PandaDoc there is no doubt.

Cons

  • When downloading the proposals as a PDF the format can at times be off especially if there are attachments. Not a huge issue, but could definitely be improved.
  • Easier and clearer areas within Pipedrive so we know where to fill in the info for basic details such as name so it will be picked up by PandaDoc. Sometimes it is picked up and other times it isn't.
  • HUGE time saving - we used to spend hours preparing quotes via email or Word, but now with PandaDoc it's done in minutes - so worth the money just for this.
  • Better customer experience as it's so professional and easy for customers to access and get all necessary info.
  • Overall improvement in sales process and helps us close quicker.
Reusable templates, e-signature, Pipedrive integration, analytics and auditing. Drag and drop builder is SO easy to use.
Our customers usually ask us to send our T&Cs to them separately so they can mark changes which then we update the link or upload to the PandaDoc. Real time notifications are super helpful and as mentioned before the key feature is e-signatures. It's the reason why we originally signed up for the service.
I genuinely think PandaDoc documents are super professional. They are great on the eye and deliver what we need which is a simple and professional document with all the necessary information for clients to read and hopefully agree to.
  • We have used PandaDoc to raise invoices in the past which was amazing.
  • We have thought about ways of being able to collect payment via PandaDoc and may have done it once or twice.
PandaDoc was 100% easier to use and looked way more professional. There wasn't much of a competition to be honest and I don't even have to bother looking anywhere else as [I'm] super pleased with what PandaDoc offers me.
PandaDoc is great to create professional proposals that can be signed off. PandaDoc can also be used to process invoices; however, I don't think it integrates with financial tools like QB or Xero.
