Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to draft and submit Business Proposals as well as send clients our terms and conditions prior to them signing up with us as customers. The reminder system and templatization greatly speeds up the drafting and sending of these documents, and the collection of the digital signatures ensures we are compliant legally. This helps us send proposals much faster and easily keep track of the progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients.

Re-usable templates are the most used feature by us. We also used the content library to get a good head start on our initial design and it also provides useful insights on other pages you can add to your documents to make them more useful for clients. Embedded signatures were a must have feature for us and it really makes it easy for clients to return the documents signed vs the traditional pdf sent via email.
We have greatly benefitted from using the e-signatures as well as the real time notifications. This allows our sales team to reach out to customers right away when documents are viewed or signed, and follow up right away if required. The redlining is useful but not used a lot since we've perfected our templates but has come in handy for scope agreements with clients which requires back and forth.
It looks much better than the pdf proposal we were using that was designed in MS Word and Google Doc's. The formatting is much more efficient and easy to keep consistent across the whole document and the spacing is always perfect as well. Overall we are very pleased with the output files as they look much more professional.

  • We use it for scope agreements and have clients comment and suggest edits which saves us from having a dedicated meeting to review the scope.
PandaDoc is easier to use and creates more professional documents than the other platforms we've evaluated. It also has very handy features such as reminder emails, suggestions, templates that we found were more robust than other platforms. The pricing was also competitive and we received an annual discount which also really helped in the selection process.

PandaDoc is well suited for companies that send proposals and terms and conditions to customers for collection of digital signatures. It really helps that you can templatize your documents and have collaborators help you finish the document for you. The dashboard is also a game changer as it gives you one place to view all your active documents and the status of them. You can even use this to collect payments as it integrates with software like QBO.
