Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

We use it to access the core applications for over 400 users at over 50 locations across the country. It is used by several departments across the organization. It solves the problem of (1) being able to manage centrally (2) being able to access the application remotely.
  • Remote application access.
  • Management of the system.
  • Printer issues
  • Training
  • Reduced support costs.
  • Requires less powerful machines in the field.
Cost and the support we got as we reached the decision. Also, the continued support as the organization has grown.
It was so easy to use we were able to get up and running without much input from Parallels. We have also benefited from being able to access it from anywhere from multiple devices. Also, we have been able to deploy printers, scanners, and swipe devices on the platform.
We haven't used the HTML 5 option, but have used the application on desktops, laptops, and tablets.
We are a virtual shop and the support in these areas is well appreciated.
Given it is secure, we can deploy in confidence and across the varying types of locations we have access to in various ways.
In most areas, they have responded to the issues raised in a timely and efficient manner.
