Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We are using Pathfactory to provide our users with a better content experience online and to feed users with relevant content to help promote more asset consumption in a given visit. And internally, we're using it to better group our content together and track its performance.

We can better track our content experience and see what assets are relevant to others. With this knowledge, we're able to suggest better "next steps" for users and have seen [an] increase in 'binging' as a result.
It's about on par with my expectations. There were some technical hurdles, but the PathFactory team was more than willing to help take care of a lot of that work to make the launch experience better and easier for us.
Our buyers are seeing more relevant content now and are engaging with it more heavily than they were before we used PathFactory. As a result, prospects are more qualified when they get to the point of talking to sales.
