Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory as our platform of choice for our global webinars. We wanted a self-serve platform with the flexibility to upload on-demand webinars, as well as broadcast, live webinars as we needed in all the languages that we support. We use this across all regions, Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific, and find the platform very versatile and easy to use. The main business problem that we tried to solve was how to provide users with a rich webinar experience that enabled them to explore related content on the site while watching a webinar. We needed a way to engage our customers with additional content that would support their needs in their journey. The professional services provided by PathFactory are world-class. They have been our partner for over 2 years and are the gold standard of the kind of support that a client looks for in a vendor.
  • Very responsive to the needs of their client. Their level of support is the gold standard. They are flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to address requests from our team.
  • They have a quick turnaround time and provide exceptional service to address the needs of their clients.
  • They are innovative and think outside the box to provide solutions to challenges that their clients might have. We had a few challenges that we did not know how to handle and Pathfactory came up with solutions that we did not think of and then proceeded to execute and deliver a better-than-expected solution.

  • We are able to see information on user behavior at the account level which is very valuable information for us
  • We are able to see which content is most engaging and least engaging so we can leverage that information in other areas of our site.
  • The self-serve platform is so easy to use that we have been rolling it out in multiple regions and countries which reduces operations costs.
PathFactory has helped us design a powerful webinar experience that is baked into our campaigns. The ecosystem of our campaign content includes webinars and the PathFactory platform has made it easy to create new webinars easily and efficiently. The platform allows us to connect campaign content to each webinar so that users can engage with the most relevant content to suit their needs. Each webinar also provides the viewer to engage with sales should they have questions regarding what they are seeing which is a great benefit to our customers. This is also a great benefit to Cisco in that we are able to communicate with webinar viewers and answer their sales questions.
Getting set up with PathFactory was less work than expected as they did a lot of the heavy lifting. They provided us with guidelines and as a partner, helped us get set up fairly quickly. They are also very helpful on an on-going basis by being available to answer questions. They have also developed training materials for new hires or those we need to onboard and use the platform. The whole set up was very worth the effort and the more regions and countries onboard, the easier it gets.
One of the most powerful features of PathFactory is that they designed our webinars with the ability for our potential buyers to engage with related content. While a viewer watches a webinar, they can read PDFs or read related content to self-educate on the content that they are viewing. We find the most relevant content, and the platform makes it very easy to add as much related content as we want. We are noticing that our viewers are engaging with the related content quite a bit which means that this feature is very important. The platform also provides the ability to see which content is consumed most and which is not. This gives us insights on which content to keep and which one to replace.

PathFactory is an incredible agency that treats their clients as partners. They are very accomodating and find solutions to difficult challenges and provide the level of support that is needed by their clients. They are great at developing a world class webinar experience with insights to user behaviour on their platform. They are great at creating a seamless experience that looks great and is easy to engage with for customers. Their product is great for both desktop and mobile devices and they are willing to make out of the box modifications to adjust to the custom needs of their clients. Their product also provides insights to what customers are engaging with so you can retarget them with the most relevant content to support them after they engage with webinars.
