Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory (formerly LookBookHQ)

Currently, our Demand Gen team within the marketing department is using it the most although I believe a few other teams have access. It mostly helps us as a content library tool for our various products/topics of interest, but we are working towards it being more of a lead nurture tool.
  • Their on-boarding and customer success reps are very helpful
  • Navigating through the platform is pretty easy
  • Their reporting isn't as configurable or useful as we originally thought. You can see how visitors engage with the content within a track, but it's hard to compare track vs. track performance or see data that can help you optimize for conversions (CTA buttons, forms, etc.)
  • It's been hard to prove ROI with our attribution model and KPIs.
This product has taken a lot of effort to make it a useful lead conversion tool for our campaigns.
Launching it has been more work but it still might be worth the effort.
It definitely allows our prospects to consume content faster but it's hard to say if that has made a big impact.
If you are simply looking for a tool that displays content well, integrates with your marketing automation and CRM, and allows you to track engagement, then this is for you. If you are trying to make this work for lead conversion then it might not be as easy to pull off.
