Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex as a Time Card for our hourly employees; for Time Card approval for their supervisors; for tracking PTO; for making payroll deduction and withholding payments timely; for W2 processing, as well as all other PR needs.
- Time Cards
- Reporting. Some of the custom reports are not what I need.
- We like that employees are able to request PTO and get approval from supervisor.
I have not used the reporting
We selected Paychex Flex because we felt like ADP would not support us as well if we had a need for support. Paychex Flex makes me feel important as a client.
