Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We are using HR, Onboarding, Time Management, Expenses, and Certification tracking. Our business has had multiple systems over the years but never one that could manage each day-to-day activity that we conduct. Our employees are all over the USA working in the field and are managed from different areas. I use the reporting system to help with financials.

  • Communication
  • Training on each process of the system.
  • Custom Reports build out formats of reports that make better sense with less data on them.
  • Project Reporting just makes it easier to click on a project and get the history of the project.
  • Saved Time.
  • ROI with show over the next 6 months.
  • Bringing 5 systems into 1.
ADP is too complex, too many people to go through to get what you need, as you need it. I can only say that I don't want to ever have to go back to using ADP again., Wherever my career leads me - I will lead them to PAYCOM!!

Paycom (Perry Watson) has been the most reliable one-on-one person that I, in 33 years, have ever had to work with. Paycom's platform is great, user-friendly, and easy to explain to employees who are not tech-savvy. Employees love the part where they get to see their check and approve it before they ever receive it. Our company is very different, and Paycom has helped me build a system where it is going to save time and money going forward.

Yes, the onboarding process, certification tracking, and Time Management have saved several hours of work per new hire.
During implementation, there were lots of needs from Paycom and only one from me. They were very helpful in taking a lead and helping me get my data in great order for the crossover. We worked several evenings to get this up and running, and your team was magnificent to me. I had crying days, and your TEAM talked me through it and helped me understand that we got all the data and how much easier this was going to be. Thank you.
The employees can now see and edit the information that needs updated and it has freed up my time to do other task.
