Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is used in our company for all of our payroll needs. Timekeeping, employee personnel file information, document tracking; you are even able to set up user access to give to the employees for their use to their specific information within the system too (just to name a few specifics). We are also looking into Payco's' on-boarding and applicant tracking tools available as well. Typically HR is using this system. Our Supervisors have access to the time and attendance side of Paycor also; to see, manage and track their employee's hours worked.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - The payroll system is user friendly and rolls into the time and attendance side of things together. We are looking into using Paycors on-boarding program as well to make this even more seamless for new hires moving forward.
As mentioned earlier, it is very user friendly. They have a great amount of standard reports to run for information needed, as well as custom capabilities for your own reports fitted to your specific company needs. If something arises that I do not know or understand, I am able to reach out to our Paycor representative who always helps!
Prior to current employment I used payroll platforms in the past relative and beneficial to Healthcare Businesses. Now, with the number of employees we have and in a manufacturing setting Paycor has just what we need. I enjoy the look of the platform and find it very easy to understand and use.
I have worked with several payroll systems during my employment over the last 10 years and Paycor is definitely my favorite. Easy to use and operate in. Any issues I face, are answered quickly and effectively by my assigned Perform Representative. It works well for our business and we continue to add on other items they may offer that are suitable for us and our platform.
