Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it because we onboard many consultants and they need to enter timesheets on a monthly bases. We have had many problems from day one of implementation. Poor implementation. The sales team left out many aspects of the system that do not work for our industry. They told us they would make it work - but now are requesting $300 per unique report we ask for. We have had to do at least 50% of manual entry because they will not transfer or help us in our data uploads. I feel that their sales and support team are very lacking in knowledge of simple things. We have had to figure out things on our own taking up many hours and days of our time. We are 3-6 months into implementation and still have not been implemented on 3 of our modules. Slow response time and lack of interest to help from them. 6 months in, and we are still not onboarding our employees. We are still doing it manually and waiting for a response from Paylocity for implementation. They get you all set up in Payroll to start making their money then they forget about you.

Paylocity seems to me like it's only well-suited for a fast food restaurant. Beyond that, they need to turn down business.
