Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our HRIS and payroll system. We use Paylocity to onboard, which allows us to be paperless and hire virtually.

  • I have never spoken to my dedicated customer service rep. One person who knows our company will be able to answer questions quickly and efficiently.
  • It seems like there has been a high turnover in customer service. I noticed different service reps often.
  • Training customer service representatives will allow them to gain more knowledge of all products available.
  • Reliability—We rely on Paylocity to file taxes and understand tax laws in multiple states. Not having to figure out the laws saves us time.
  • Easy to use and navigate. It is easy to set up new codes and doesn't take a lot of time.
Onboarding is streamlined, which allows us to be paperless and hire virtually. Payroll is easy to use, and changes, such as overrides, are easy to make while in the payroll batch.
We are not taking full advantage of everything Paylocity has to offer. We do not use these products.
I really liked Insperity because we had a dedicated service rep who knew our business, and we built a good rapport. I liked ADP because their service reps were knowledgeable.

The ACA team, especially Lou Fish, is highly knowledgeable and has been very helpful in explaining our company's ACA setup.

Every time I call Paylocity support I never reach our dedicated customer support representative. The support team doesn't always seem knowledgeable.

Our ACA was not setup correctly and we were very confused on how this feature works. We met with Lou Fish who was so knowledgeable and was able to explain so much to us. He is definitely a huge asset to Paylocity's team.
