Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

LMS, Recruting, Onboarding, Performance it does an acceptable job is not as robust as I was expecting.

  • LMS does not cover required Safety Trainings for California
  • Performance evaluation once complete do not flow to the employee file they appear to be on another platform
  • Checklists for new hires cannot be assigned to other departments, for instance send a notification to IT for set up
  • more consistent processes

Onboarding and Performance management have supported me to go paperless.... this is a10
However, there is room for improvement Onboarding once we start it I wish an email with a list be automatically sent to others like IT for set up
Performance, the review do not flow to the employee file, if we need to review an employee file we have to go the module it is not part of the file.
